Part 1. Redefine Active
How you view and think about yourself has a massive impact on how you engage and show up in the world – it’s no different when it comes to living an active life.
To start the programme, we focus on situating and centering your active experiences, and thinking about all of the opportunities that you could access and explore.
Part 2. Redesign Able
Now that we’ve uncovered how you position yourself in terms of your active life up to this point, we start investigating how you embrace the everyday opportunities to be active.
At this stage in the programme, we’ll work together to determine which activities you could embark on, what brings you joy, and who could potentially join you or support you on your active living journey.
Part 3. Build Your Active Living Legacy
This is where everything starts coming together; finding sustainable strategies for you to bring an active living mindset into your everyday life.
It’s all about making plans, taking action, and celebrating your progress and successes throughout the programme. Then, while celebrating how far you’ve come, we’ll make sure you are ready to persistently build your Active Living Legacy
